Atalis Bay lands the Scurry Stakes (Listed Race) at Sandown Park on Saturday. The son of Cable Bay, jumped well made all before being pushed along 2f out, he kept on in the final furlong to take the race by 3/4 of a length to the second placed horse Warrior Brave.
When the other horses started to challenge him inside the final furlong, he picked up again and finished strongly. He was a talented horse last year but not at this level – he’s become a proper sprinter. We are delighted from his owners Scuderia Blueberry SRL who have been extremely loyal owners for the yard over the years.
