Capla Temptress ran a remarkable race on Sunday to win the Grade 1 Natalma Stakes at Woodbine Racecourse in Canada. The race came as her first start overseas and only her fourth career start to date. With the win she also landed the ‘Win And You’re In’ qualifier for the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf at Del Mar in November.

Capla Temptress was well positioned throughout the race and responded well when asked to pick up by her jockey Joel Rosario. She went on to win the race cosily by three quarters of a length to the second placed horse. She has come out of the race very well and will now head to America to begin her preparations for the Breeders Cup.
