Capla Temptress owned by successful American syndicate Team Valor, made her three year old debut in the Group 1 Emirates Poule d’Essai des Pouliches at Longchamp on Sunday. The filly landed a respectable draw out of stall two from the fourteen runner race and ran a gallant race to finish fourth beaten less than a length by the winner Teppal.
The daughter of Lope De Vega is no stranger to big race days having landed the Group 1 Natalma Stakes at Woodbine Racetrack as a two year old. We are very happy with the way she has come out of the race and Marco will no discuss with the owners where they should run her next.
Teppal wins the French ?? 1000 Guineas @paris_longchamp for @SimcockRacing & Olivier Peslier
