Dual winner Capla Temptress lines up in the Group Three Sweet Solera Stakes on Saturday at Newmarket Racecourse. After winning on her debut at Chelmsford back in June, the two-year-old went on to win convincingly last month in a Novice Auction Stakes at Newmarket over course and distance.

The daughter of Lope De Vega will be partnered by jockey Harry Bentley in her first appearance in Group company and has been drawn in stall 3 from 9 runners. Marco is excited to see how Capla Temptress performs with the step up in grade and is hoping she will run a good race for her new owners Team Valor.

‘ I hope the filly will come on again, This is a step up in class, but she’s entitled to be there.’

Multiple race winner Fanciful Angel makes his first start in America on Saturday. The Touch Gold Racing owned gelding made the trip over to Chicago last Friday ahead of his run in the Grade One Arlington Million Stakes. The son of Dark Angel has been drawn in stall 6 from 13 runners and will be partnered by jockey Daniel Muscutt.
